Cinnamon (Daar Cheeni) is another important thing for removing fat. Its usage can lower sugar level in blood, so it produces antioxidant in body. Pears is another important element and too much helpful in weight loss. It interesting to know that pears has more fat than other food, but its ability is to control our body cholesterol level. Egg white part is full of protein and is necessary for decomposing fat. Expert says that we should increase protein in our diet. Because its benefits is that we will not feel hunger soon. Egg has low calories and vitamin D as well.
