Nowadays everyone knows the common factors causing heart attacks. Everyone can guess that high blood pressure and diabetes can increase chances of heart attacks. Smoking and laziness are also dangerous for heart problems. There are some best habits that can protect you from heart problems. 


Even it is written on cigarette's packets that smoking is dangerous to health and it can cause heart and other fatal diseases. While quitting smoking can reduce the ratio of heart attacks. Smoke of cigarette is too much dangerous for health as it destroys all the heart and blood vessels system and at the end result to heart attack. 

To be active and exercise daily is too much beneficial for our health and heart. It provide oxygen to our heart and keep our weight normal. Also decompose the fat in blood vessels and normalize the blood pressure. According to a research the normal and mature person should exercise for one and half hour daily. 

Increase or decrease in sugar level in blood is called diabetes. It can effect kidney and blood vessels. Insulin is an hormone that can help your body to use glucose. Insufficiency of insulin in body can increase or decrease the glucose level in blood. This is known as diabetes and one should check his level of glucose in this case. Diabetes is too much dangerous to health as it contracts the blood vessels and can effect blood circulation to heart which result to heart attack. 

Our body has normal level of cholesterol level. When this level increase then it became dangerous to health. According to a new research nowadays people are using energy drinks too much which can increase the cholesterol level and also fats in our body and thus result to heart diseases. The energy drinks have caffeine which can increase or disorder the heart beats and can cause heart attack
