 Importance of Vitamin C for Health.

Vitamin C is not only important for health in summer but it also protect us from dangerous diseases. It combines with water and blood in our body and help to grow nails, hair and skin. It is also beneficial for teeth and bones. It is found in fresh vegetables and sour fruits. If you have deficiency of vitamin C, so you can use the following things and make yourself healthy.

Orange : It is a big source of vitamin C. It composed of too much vitamin C. Its juice contains flunaydrz which in combination with vitamin C can increase our immunity system and also make strong our blood vessels. According to a recent research eating oranges can make our mode fresh and good.

Capsicums (Shimla merch) : It is a vegetable and is a big source of vitamin C. We can use it salad and also can make soup of it. It is too much important to our health.

Strawberry : If you want too much quantity of vitamin C, just eat strawberry. It is a delicious and full of vitamin C fruit. It contains iron as well. If you want to make it more beneficial for health use it as milk shake. 

Papaya: It is also a fresh fruit and big source of vitamin C. It contains vitamin A and potassium as well. It is too much good and helpful for constipation. It also control cholesterol level because of fiber in it.
